Must admit, I do a mixture. Some backlinks have low PR and low quality, some have high PR and are highly relevant. I do all of: article directories, directory submissions, guest posts and carnival submissions plus the RSS aggregators.

I am on Google page 1 (sometimes spot 1) for my targeted keywords. But the keywords are not as competitive “google seo”, “SEO techniques&quot;, “search engine optimisation”.
