I guess the conclusion I believe I came was that using links from pages with seemingly no PR (according to the toolbar) still have an impact on rankings and pass some benefit, albeit invisible in terms of toolbar PR. It seems links on authority domains will pass juice regardless of PR or position within the site hierarchy.</description>

I don&#039;t really see how the PageRank of incoming links backs up your theory. How PageRank is calculated is not just a theory, its a fact. It would have been much more useful if you just used the PageRank of the site as reference. Then you could have measured the importance of PageRank in Google rankings.
