In this case , lets say with 170 searches a month you ll get maybe couple visitors, cause the rest of "optimization blog" keyword will be taken by other websites.....It is not that super duper rare combination of words..Im sure you can meet it in other blogs....Not sure if you know what I mean...But your post is awsome anyway! However you should also be creating unique content that targets long tail variations of the keywords relating to your niche, it's not a link building exercise but a content creation one. The long tail is low competition low volume, much easier to rank for and if you are creating content regularly the traffic will build up over time.
